Strong skills:
This project forces me to use a broad set of skills, some of which I use constantly and strongly. I consider myself to be an adept thinker, which is one of the reasons I was deeply interested in doing this project. Furthermore, I see myself as a passionate learner, I crave for knowledge in various areas, and that is what my project is all about, learning the most according to one’s skills and abilities. In addition to this, I am a hardworking person, when the situation demands it I face challenges straightforwardly and work my way through them without hesitation. I have a clear goal of what I want to achieve with my project, this enables me to plan everything in accordance to my goal.
Weak skills:
There are some skills which I have not yet trained and developed properly, skills which I will need in my project too. Most of these are self-managing skills, reflective skills, and organizational skills. This is my plan to improve said skills:
